Very cute quaint cottage. Clean with no concerns. For some reason they did not receive my breakfast order but they put a nice assortment of pastries in the refrigerator. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy some time on the roof-top patio.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The deck and patio are lovely with lights at night. We stayed two nights and had a different breakfast each day. Both were delicious. The decor was perfect and fit the style of the home. The bed was comfortable. It's just right for a weekend getaway for a couple. We would love to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a great time at the Rosemont. The Tree Top Cottage was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast served by our host was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed strolling around the Quapaw Historic district and looking at the beautiful, old turn of the century homes. The SoMa area is an easy walk and has plenty of shops, restaurants and night life. We took our dog to the Bark Bar that was only a few blocks away and he had a great time there. The parking at the Rosemont is a little tight. We were in a 3/4 ton pickup and decided it was best to park on the street rather than risk any problems with the off street parking. All in all I highly recommend the Rosemont for a short stay in downtown Little Rock.
