Take in views of the Gulf from the multiple covered decks at Wave & Sea, a beautiful coastal home. Spend fun-filled days at the beach, then end the day relaxing around a firepit on the third-floor balcony overlooking the ocean and golf course. Your vacation rental is located in Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, within walking distance of the beach over the boardwalk. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent on-site. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. The current 9-hole course incorporates the best of proper links-style play, challenging golfers of any skill level with lush fairways and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. For on-site dining, you'll find three exquisite options.
Take a drive or golf cart ride less than three miles to the charming town of Port Aransas. Stroll through Roberts Point Park and take in the sights and sounds of the nearby bay. Or hop on a Red Dragon Pirate Cruise and explore the beautiful waterways of the Gulf of Mexico. For those looking to take advantage of the area's many retail and dining options, you'll be just four miles or less from Port Aransas Fisherman's Wharf, Port Aransas Art Center, Port Aransas Nature Preserve, and Skydive South Texas/Mustang Island Skydiving.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
Use the gas grill on the wraparound third-floor balcony, where there's an outdoor TV. Enjoy quality family time around the gas firepit with table seating.
Relax in the third-floor living area, equipped with a gas fireplace and a 70' TV. Or lounge on the porch swing while listening to the waves and watching the sunset over Redfish Bay.
Downstairs is a kitchenette, and upstairs the full kitchen features a reverse osmosis water system, marble countertops, high-end appliances, and ample cookware and utensils for preparing large meals. An adjacent kitchen bar includes a wine cooler next to a large pantry.
All the bedrooms have TVs, and the primary has access to a balcony overlooking the golf course. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with two showerheads and a soaking tub. One of the guest bedrooms has private deck seating and an en suite bathroom, and two others share one with a double vanity.
THINGS TO KNOW
Major construction is occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible, and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Access to this three-story home is via several steps at the main entry; an elevator is available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

This home fits everyone, has night light colors everywhere and so many decorator touches! It's perfect for a large group or even a smaller one. Balconies galore! The joke of the week was "which balcony are you on?" as we texted each other trying to find each other. So much fun and beautiful!

This is a beautiful beach home! There’s a very well equipped kitchen and I appreciated the garage parking. The location in the neighborhood was nice and quite but still easily accessible to the beach boardwalk and neighborhood amenities. The stairs inside were steep but the elevator made taking in suitcases and groceries a breeze! Really loved having access to a propane grill also!
The only thing I we wished was a little different was the very cute girls room. I think that bunk beds would have been better than the two single twin beds. A couple kiddos didn’t like sleeping in the second floor hallway but otherwise plenty of sleeping and hang out space! Would definitely stay again.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:The house we rented was very nice and well kept. It was clean on arrival and our family had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The only negative is that the construction workers were always in the alley blocking entry and nails were all over the street.
