ELEGANT NEW 4 BEDROOM WATERFRONT HOUSE- SUMMER DREAM

The property itself was beautiful. The views of the ocean were amazing as well. I highly suggest Penfield Beach area for July 4th fireworks as they were the best I have ever seen especially from the top floor deck of the property. The elevator was a needed feature since some of us are older and someone was still healing from a surgery, so we were thankful for that. The house did not have the appropriate amount of dishes resulting in having to wash them after every single meal. When we arrived there was only a third of a paper towel roll to use. There were not enough toilet paper rolls in all bathrooms. There was not enough soaps in the bathrooms to wash your hands. The chairs and tables out on the decks had extreme rust and were falling apart and the kids almost got hurt on them due to this. I highly recommend getting new deck furniture that is not rusty and is safe to use. The towels provided were old and stained. We ended up having to purchase toilet paper, paper towel rolls, hand soaps, and dishwasher detergent which I feel should be the responsibility of the owner of the rental. All in all, I do recommend this property, but maybe you will need to bring toiletries and soaps in case they don't have any like in my case, and also bring your own beach toys as there were none.

We loved staying here! We live in the town next door and were having our kitchen remodeled, and so decided to rent a house. We didn't initially plan on renting a beach house, but this one seemed to good to pass up. And it was! We enjoyed the expansive views of the Sound, the incredible beach filled with all kinds of living things for our two little kids to explore and the decks (plural) of the house to enjoy it all from. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay.

We had a fantastic week at the "Overlook". Great property on the beach for Family and friends to hang out. So much room on the multiple decks and the first floor Living/gathering area. Highly recommended, not to mention a brand newly constructed home

We were the very first renters of this property and I must say it was top notch. This was new construction at the time and there were a couple of things not finished but overall - excellent. The Propert Manager was very responsive and timely as well. Already making plans to return.
