Fresh and sophisticated, this sweet two bedroom and two full bathroom condo is located just off West San Francisco street in a highly walkable location of downtown Santa Fe just minutes to the Plaza and outdoor eateries. The property is tucked down in a quiet lane with little to no vehicle traffic with a spacious private, gated and walled patio space that can be accessed from the living room. A large skylight and nicho accents the open concept living/dining and kitchen area with lots of bright light all around. Stainless steel appliances and granite counters are the perfect complement.

We cannot say enough about the perfect location of this home. It was close to both downtown and the Railyard area...walkable to both...which was super convenient and avoided the need to pay to park. The home is on a very quiet street and was perfect 3 of us and would work great for 2 couples also. Brian provided check in details exactly as promised. While it was fine for the 3 of us to make breakfast each day, the kitchen could use just a few more utensils and dishes. Overall, we loved the house and would stay again if we were to return to Santa Fe.

This property was perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. We were located close to all of the things we wanted to see. The home was super clean and was very comfortable.Will absolutely stay here again next time I am in Santa Fe.

About as close as you can get to the Plaza without being in a hotel. Nice place and well kept up. Host was communicative

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It is indeed walkable to the plaza, but we drove a few times and parked downtown because we were going to concerts and it was hot and slightly uphill. Neighborhood is extremely quiet at night. Host's communication is excellent. A plus is that there were lots of towels and washcloths! We go to Santa Fe every summer for the opera and definitely hope our opera dates and this home's availability coincide!
