About this apartment rental
**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. Also required is a copy of driver's license to receive check in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.**
Welcome to the Sunrise Villas at Banyan Beach. This newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is just steps away from the ocean with the private boardwalk to the beach. Overlooking the community swimming pool with grilling at the pool only. The balcony has incredible views to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunrise. You won't want to leave this perfect condo by the beach! We offer you a fully appointed kitchen so all you need to bring is beach towels, grub and your personal essentials. We will take care of the rest! Don't forget to add a 6 seater golf cart to your booking! We are your one stop shop! It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun, easy access to the beach!

-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Stove cooktop was broken which limited our cooking ability (management was notified and responded), fry pans were warped (which impacts cooking ability on a flat top stove) and non-stick coating was worn off in places, dishwasher needs adjusting to placement in cabinetry as it was not secure and the remotes for both TV's did not work-operating instructions should match the actual brand of remote, along with regular checks of battery levels. A map to locate the beach access boardwalk would have been most helpful, also property listing should include washer/dryers are coin/app operated and used by the community.

We had a quick get away to Port A no kiddos. Location is excellent. About 500 steps from beach! You can see the waves from the balcony. Thank you for a great weekend.

It was just myself and my teen kids for Spring Break. It was nice. My kids loved the place so much. The walk to the beach was the best! A water hose beside the building was great too. The pullout couch and king bed were both comfy. Having dishes was great. If you plan to cook, be sure to take oil. Also don't forget your sugar and coffee just in case. And ketchup for the little ones like mine. Overall, it was a great weekend and great place to stay.

This condo is clean and cozy. We enjoyed the balcony and the walk to the beach was easy. The weather wasn’t pool weather but the pool looked inviting. The condo was perfect space for the two of us and very comfortable. Would definitely return!
