Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from our condo overlooking the beach. At Lae Nani you can relax at the pool while surrounded by lush gardens just steps from the beach. Located on Kauai's central coast, 10-15 minutes from the airport, Lae Nani is secure with gated access and free parking. There is an ancient Hawaiian heiau on the property, a swim-able beach with a rocked-in area for children, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, a tennis court, barbecues near the heated pool, and laundry on site.
This second floor condo, unit #324, invites cool trade winds and is safe to leave windows and the lanai door open so you can sleep with the sound of the surf. The one bedroom, one and a half bath unit has a full kitchen, sliding glass door to the lanai, a Roku TV, and free WIFI. Beach towels and chairs are also included.

Great property located close to Coconut market place. The listing does say it has a Gym but it does not have one on property or near by. Not a big deal but it should be corrected. We did not realize that it didn’t have air conditioning and that is normally a must have when we go to the islands. However there is good cross ventilation from the windows front to back and it turned out to be sufficient. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommended this unit. 4/23/26 to 5/3/26

The condo and resort were beyond my expectations. Everything was better than the pictures. Everything needed was included in the condo Kirsten the owner was outstanding. She was super responsive to any questions I had. The only problem was lack of security in keeping non-guests from camping out on the resort grounds. Why have a keypad front gate etc when dozens of non-guests could just walk down a sidewalk next to the resort and onto the grounds? Some went to the public beach but many spred out on the grass in front of our unit. It looked like a public park

We loved everything about this condo- the view, the proximity to pool and beach, the comfortable space, the well stocked kitchen. The property is gorgeous and close enough to great eats and the Coconut Marketplace.

Nice property and great view!. Great beach for hanging out and swimming. Walking path and restaurants close by.Maybe fix the porch light. Hard to see the numbers on the key pad at night. But I would recommend this property. Host was very quick to respond and answer questions.
