Serenity by the Sea-Ocean View 3 BR Sea Palms Jamaica

We’d rate our visit 8/10. The housekeeper let us in and was quite reserved. In contrast, the guard at the gate was very welcoming on both arrival and throughout our stay. There was a handwritten note and snacks in the living area, which was a nice touch. The art and furnishings were tasteful and created a comfortable atmosphere, and the patio is perfect. The condo worked well as a homebase for 2 days. The closest restaurant On The Rocks is a great option since you don’t need to get back on the main road(walkable too), and the staff there was excellent, we ate there both nights. Overall, the location of the condo is great and the community setting is great, albeit a bit dated. Note: the patio door is not screened, and there is no AC in the main area.

The house was clean and comfortable. The cove was an absolute delight; peaceful and private. Serenity offered a private, quiet environment for me and my family to enjoy. ** Please note, we had issues with the Internet at the resort and the serenity staff response was timely and considerate, even providing an alternative until the issue was fixed***

Our host and co- host were most attentive and responsive. The property was clean and well kept, linen and towels were readily available. The property and outdoors are well kept, beautiful and peaceful.

Had a fantastic time..enjoyed the pool, close proximity to all excursions, privacy, and communication with host. Will be back!
