SUPER STUDIO Pet Friendly Beach Front

It would be nice if it lists in the property detail that the room is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. It was a great room and location however I did not think to ask about an elevator because all places we had previously stayed in PC B had had them, and with my new hip it was difficult for me.

Pros - The condo was cute and clean. Well stocked with towels, tp, kitchen essentials. A/C worked great. Ice maker a plus! *Great view and location, beach was perfect! *The pet area outside was nice enough. No other grass nearby this building so the little area was a life saver for our 8lb pup. Dave was a great host and responded promptly to my questions and gave grace! Thanks Dave! Cons - the condo smelled like urine (I’m sure b/c it’s pet friendly) but it was horrible. We tried everything to air it out and spray stuff to mask it. The comforter on the bed smelled the worse like urine. *Needs a good cleaning or to be thrown away. Over all it was a GREAT condo IF they get the smell out and clean (new) linens! We would stay in another condo of Dave’s in the future!

Excellent location and property as described. Dave the owners is super helpful and would definitely come back. Everything is within walking distance. Very nice!

The photos are deceptive on how big the actual condo is. The cleanliness could use some work, mold on the ac vent and the bathroom was not cleaned to our standards.
