Relax and unwind in this recently updated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo just steps from the beach and pools. Enjoy the views of the pond and the Atlantic ocean in the distance from the open living area, master bedroom, and balcony. The Misty Mermaid is a 1 level, end unit, on the top floor with elevator access. The condo itself does not have neighbors above it and there are no stairs in the unit. It’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine.

The space

The Kitchen
The condo features an updated kitchen with quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinets, and a breakfast bar with two stools. It’s fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, serveware, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. We also provide a starter supply of Keurig pods, cream, and sugar to help you ease into your stay.

The Living Area
The living area offers a queen-size sofa bed, a loveseat, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with cable for your entertainment. The WiFi password is conveniently located in the Welcome Guide on the coffee table.

The Bedrooms
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs with cable and are furnished with fresh linens, pillowcases, and comforters prepared for each stay.

The Bathrooms
There are two newly renovated bathrooms, each featuring tiled showers and modern finishes. The hallway bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom offers a walk-in shower. Plush towels and bathmats are provided and refreshed after every reservation.

The Dining Area
The dining area includes a wooden table with seating for four, along with two additional stools at the breakfast bar—ideal for casual dining or a morning coffee.

Beach Amenities
For your days by the ocean, we provide beach towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, body boards, sand toys, and a wagon to make carrying everything to the beach a breeze.

Laundry
A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen area for your use during your stay. There are detergent pods and dryer sheets if you need them.

Extras
The condo is thoughtfully stocked with essentials including linens, towels, paper products, and hand soap. We also provide a selection of travel-size toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and bar soap.

Ocean Village Club Amenities
Guests of Ocean Village Club enjoy a range of resort-style amenities, including two swimming pools (one heated during the winter), a clubhouse with brochures for local attractions, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, a covered picnic pavilion, charcoal BBQ grills, a car washing station, and a private walkway to the beach. The Misty Mermaid is ideally located near both pools for convenient access to all the community offerings.

Parking
Guests will receive two parking passes—one for a reserved space and one for guest parking. Both spaces are located in the parking lot directly outside the condo building.

Access Cards
Two access cards will be provided for your stay. These cards allow entry to the complex, pools, and beach access points. If a replacement is needed, new access cards can be purchased for $65 at the clubhouse, available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Dog Rules and Fees
-Dogs must be pre-approved
-A $75 pet fee paid to us as part of your reservation.
-A $50 community pet registration fee, paid directly to Ocean Village Club at check-in.
Community Pet Rules (OVC):
-All dogs must be registered at the OVC main office upon arrival. The $50 registration fee will be collected there, and you’ll receive a required pet leash/tag.
-Only one (1) dog is permitted per rental booking.
-The OVC-issued pet leash/tag must be displayed on your pet at all times when outside the unit.
Restricted Breeds:
Ocean Village Club does not permit the following breeds (including mixes or dogs with similar characteristics):
American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, and Rottweiler.
