The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and closet, while the bunk room, equipped with a barn door for added privacy, is ideal for kids or extra guests. Every room, including the inviting living area, is equipped with Roku Smart TVs for your entertainment.
The fully stocked kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, a 4-person dinette, and additional seating for 4 at the island for easy entertaining. Spring Break Policies: During Spring Break, we rent exclusively to families or groups with a primary renter who is at least 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service: Beach chair rentals are available from March 1st to October 31st, but please note this service is not included in the property rental.

The unit was amazing! The views were breath taking. The overall complex was big and had plenty of amenities. The elevators were packed. Just make sure you plan accordingly.

Place was immaculate and host was amazing and got back to me within a few minutes. Everything we needed was there, comfy beds and furniture, all updated items in the condo, we had zero issues. The check in was complicated but not host’s fault. Elevators were always an issue due to the crowd, but to be expected.

This condo is beautiful. We vacation in PCB every year and it his is the first time we’ve tried somewhere new in quite some time. The condo layout is perfect and our new favorite. There is a lot to do at the resort itself and it’s great having a grocery store within walking distance. We were worried about the elevators but didn’t have any problems once we figured out how to navigate the resort. The view of the gulf was beautiful from the balcony and it was easy enough to cross the street to beach access! We had a lovely stay

The room itself was wonderful and listed properly. Owner of the condo was very helpful.
The single biggest downfall on absolutely why you should not book this condo is however out of the hands of the condo owner- the elevators at the property. At least half of the elevators don’t work and the ones that do can bounce back and forth between floors (instead of going up and then down). This caused waiting for the elevators usually at least 15 minutes each time each way. Since this condo is on the 13th floor that is a huge problem. Our vacation was spent climbing 13 floors at least 4 times a day, and to me that it no vacation.
Sorry to the condo owner on this, but it is the reality of the situation. I do not recommend this condo for that sole reason only.
