Spacious ground level apartment located less than a half mile from the sugary white sands of Honor Walk Park at Beacon Hill. This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickle ball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of unique restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe.
Entire 1200 sq ft open concept apartment with an oversized studio feel. Crisp, cool, and coastal! Great amenities including kitchenette, washer/dryer, two full bathrooms (showers, no tubs), large covered patio, and an outside shower. Accessibility! On the ground level with a row of private parking spaces right out front. Flexible floorplan allows half of the unit to be a large master suite if desired, but does not leave anyone behind with 3 queen beds throughout. Bunk beds in a separate room. Two 55” 4K Smart TVs, 500 Mbps Internet, and Netflix Account.
Keyless entry pad on door, no need to meet up for keys.
Guests have access to the entire ground floor unit and front yard. Backyard is private to upstairs unit.

Our stay was wonderful. We have rented serval VRBO’s in Port St Joe Beach, Fl and this by far was our favorite! Very clean, stocked well with starters, comfortable, private and close to the beach without all the noise of 98. We will return! Thank you to Hannah for being a great host!

Great host and amazing place for a few days! Very clean, outdoor shower was really cool and super cozy interior.Great atmosphere and will stay here again!
