The main level features a cozy living room with a rock fireplace and an additional fireplace that keeps you toasty in the winter! Ascend the stairs, where you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath. Stay cool in the summer! Light & bright interior of knotty pine walls. The outside is an entertainer's dream with an up-sloped lot of native plantings and a beautiful deck for bird watching and relaxation and million-dollar views! The large back deck is ideal for gathering with loved ones enjoying the sounds of mother nature or a peaceful morning with your cup of coffee. -Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.
- NO ANIMALS ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED DUE TO THE HOMEOWNER BEING ALLERGIC. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Check-in instructions: Please check in at the main office.
Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).
- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
- County permit number: 002172
- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.
- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.
- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.
- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
