Summary:
This is a modern, spacious, and bright 3 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the Austin weather. Our house was just remodeled in 2018 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions.
The Space:
The living and kitchen area are filled with an abundance of natural light along with the view backyard space. The large sectional couch is the perfect size for up to six people to sit comfortably on to enjoy watching the smart TV or playing games.
Along the kitchen, there are four spots for sitting and eating. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, and other items. Please inquire if you have any questions!
You can access the outdoor deck from the living area as.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, dressers, mirror, and its own bathroom. This large bathroom has a spacious shower along with a walk-in closet. This bathroom also includes the amenities of towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hangers, iron, and iron board.
The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and closets. A full bathroom is located right outside and down the short hallway. This bathroom features a spacious bathtub with a showerhead and curtain. Amenities include towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. The washer and dryer are located through the kitchen.

Great property with everything you need for an easy stay. Good quiet location with easy access to major roads (about 20 minutes to Downtown). Perfect for the new Moody Center. House is nicely laid out with outdoor space too.

The Property was clean and well kept. Close to shopping and dining at the Domain. Had one issue with the trash pickup which was handled promptly by the host. The deck level needs to be marked as there is a step down that is hard to see. Overall worth the money and the high deposit.

Despite being told that this property was an easy 15 min from campus it is not…well except at midnight. So if you are headed to campus events, rent closer.
Also very dirty white sofa greets you in the living room. This kind of set the tone for me. Art work on the walls is pretty creepy. And a host of dead bugs greeted us at the front door. Beds were ok. Toilet seat broke by just sitting on it and of course I was charged for it.
