STORE-n-STY is a family-friendly, luxury holiday rental which is located close to the beach, the Norfolk Broads and the city of Norwich.
STORE-n-STY is a light and contemporary three-bedroom barn conversion that sleeps up to six guests and is situated on a quiet country lane in the North Norfolk village of Ingham.
As you enter STORE-n-STY, you will find the bedrooms and family bathroom on the ground floor:
• Bedroom #1: 1 x king size bed plus en-suite shower room
• Bedroom #2: 1 x double bed
• Bedroom #3: 2 x single beds
On the first floor, under a vaulted ceiling, you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. Outside, the property benefits from a private, south-facing lawned garden with patio and outdoor seating, plus off-street parking for up to three cars.
STORE-n-STY is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are smart TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, and WiFi is also available. The property has underfloor heating (winter months) and a travel cot, highchair and stair gates are available upon request.
Nearby you will find the blue flag beach at Sea Palling, the 600-hectare nature reserve at Hickling Broad, country pubs, farm shops selling local produce, as well as a large supermarket and petrol station.

Such a brilliant place to stay. Very high standard, modern, clean and with wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend staying here. Lucy and Jason met us on arrival and were lovely, contactable throughout our stay for advice on places to go, eat and visit while we were there.

We had an amazing long weekend stay at Store n Sty. The accommodation is immaculate and everything has been completed to the highest standard. The level of care and detail that has gone into making this an excellent holiday home is second to none - it has everything you could want. We loved coming home to Store n Sty - it is a very special place to stay. Lucy and Jason were such great hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide us with ideas of things to do in the local area. I would not hesitate to recommend and hope we can book again for future holidays. Thank you so much for such a great break away.
