This lovely, first floor 'Braxton Model' garden home condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den that offers 1452 SF of spacious and comfortable living, with spectacular views of one of the lakes and fountain. Master bedroom has queen sized bed, dresser, two nightstands, 32' flat screen LCD TV, two large walk-in closets, master bath with two separate sinks, large tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king, nightstand, dresser, closet and is adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower. Also in the second bathroom are a washer, drier and wine refrigerator! The den has a desk, dresser and full sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side, freezer drawer refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor and juicer) and utensils. Kitchen eat-in nook is a cozy area with table and four chairs. The dining room has a beautiful marble table and six chairs. The living room has a leather couch and matching recliner and entertainment center with 60' flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD and leads to a screened in lanai with table and four chairs. Internet and cable TV are included with your rental.

There is a detached one-car garage for your use with ample extra parking in the area. There are even two sets of golf clubs (men and ladies) which you can use during your stay.
