After a restful night's sleep, you can take a stroll to Sammy's beach or use one of our bikes to cruise around the neighborhood. The living room has beautiful cathedral ceilings with a fireplace, along with a gas fire pit outside which is perfect for s'mores and entertaining. Chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances sits off of the dining room & family room with enough seating for 6 people. The Master wing has great light, and also an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. Down the hall and up the stairs, you can enjoy our billiards room/ study which can also be used as office space and 4th bedroom. The Guest wing features two large Queen bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom with an adjacent workspace area. The rear yard has a hot tub, gas fire pit, outdoor shower & heated gunite pool. The house sleeps up to 8 people and is 12 minutes away from all the cafes, boutiques, and attractions of East Hampton Main Street and Beach as well as Sag Harbor. ***June / July / August requires minimum 2 week rental.
