Comfortable 2 bedroom fully furnished house ideal for experiencing Belize in a relaxing, secluded private farm just 15 minutes outside of San Ignacio town. House is situated on a 4 acre plot with private access to the Mopan river. Amenities include cable tv, air conditioned rooms, and wireless internet. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and fitted with granite countertops and local exotic hardwood cabinets. The kitchen comes with all the utensils needed for you to prepare your meals, or if you so desire, you can use our outdoor oven and grill while you enjoy a day of swimming in the river.

This location and property is absolutely amazing! We were out and about every day but came back and hung out in the river! The property is perfect! The maintenance and cleaning crew are super responsive!

Could not have asked for a better experience.The house is comfortable, the grounds are lovely, air conditioning in each room, nice grill, fully stocked kitchen, the area to sit by the river was the best! Could watch egrets flying by to roost in the morning and at night. Marlon, the grounds keeper was knowledgeable and helpful.Olga the owner was helpful and accessible. Could not have been any better!!! So much to do in the area! We recommend it highly.

We loved our stay at the farmhouse. Location was great, house and grounds are beautiful. My husband and I like to cook our own meals, and this was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Bonus points for providing shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. That was a first as well.

Areli did a wonderful job welcoming us and had the house clean. House has all the amenities you could want. Everything worked well. The property had mango trees and a barbecue area along the river.
Marlon Who takes care of the property and grounds is very likable and did a wonderful job.
