Right im the middle of all the action. Great view of the river. I gave 4 stars because, although the unit was very clean, the rug was very stained.

The condo was a perfect size for my husband and I. We loved the location, right downtown Wilmington on the waterfront. Across the street from the boardwalk with restaurants and shops plus only a block from the downtown.
The condo does need furniture upgrading but other than that it was lovely.
