Decorated for the vacation minded guest, this gorgeous 3-bedroom condominium is nestled in the relaxed yet active community of Bonita Village. The tropical atmosphere inside and out is delightful. The main living area hosts a big flat screen TV, porcelain tile floors, granite kitchen counters and crown molded volume ceilings. This is quiet poolside living at its best!
Our guests receive an ACTIVITIES BOOK for easy planning on what to do next. Of course, our beaches are pristine! There is a multitude of golf courses, restaurants, marinas, eco-tours, parks, sight-seeing and community activities you might want to put on your list.

We are only a phone call away when you need to know more about the area. If you enjoy dining out, there are literally dozens of restaurants within 15 minutes! There a more than 20 restaurants within a mile. We have a host of outdoor activities to explore as well and fun things for kids as well as adults. Miniature Golf is only a block away, and real golf is everywhere. We can provide a list of 130 area golf courses from which to choose your next tee time. There are museums, a zoo, trolley tours, exhibits, art fairs, and much more as shown below!

This was a wonderful condo and property. Very clean and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. Plentiful towels and comfortable beds. The lanai was spacious with a great view of the pool area. It was a very quiet property which we appreciated. Close to everything! We would love to come back!

My teenage/adult daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with Pat throughout the process was efficient and timely. The condo was spotless and we had everything we needed to relax and have fun. The pool area was clean, was not overcrowded, and the chairs were comfortable. We used the pool and beach items regularly. The condo was spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable and we enjoyed the large screened in porch. We loved the gated community. Getting in and out was easy. It was also nice to have a designated parking spot in the garage, and it was convenient to the room. The beach nearby was beautiful and there were a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hosts also provided information on nearby activities. We can’t say enough positive things about this condo, the hosts, and our experience! We will definitely be back. If you are looking for luxury and convenience, this condo is for you.
