There's a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels overnight, a sunny patio space, and a fully appointed kitchen with both a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining room table. For your evening entertainment, there's a flatscreen TV in the living room, another in the primary bedroom, and free WiFi throughout the condo.
In this midtown location, you'll be half a block from Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, shops, and attractions for all ages, and just up the road from the Ocean City Tennis Center.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent location for a beach vacation. This condo has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has the backdoor for the 1st floor unit. Very convenient. There’s 2 additional rooms: 2 twins then a twin/full bunk bed. Enough beds and complete bedding for a family. Everything you need for the stay is already provided: well equipped kitchen along with soaps/cleaners/sponges, laundry detergent, towels for each guest and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in both bathrooms. All details were well considered. Even provided beach a few beach chairs. If the weather is bad and you have to stay in, this unit has cable tv and lots of board games. My family likes to read. The front porch was the best place to enjoy the sun and a good book. The evening noise restriction allowed for a good night’s rest. Staying at this unit was also nice because we could walk to Denny’s (24 hours) and Candy Kitchen. So close to shopping and food. But best of all, you don’t have to cross Coastal Highway to get to the beach because you’re already there.

Location, location, location!! No crossing Coastal Highway to touch sand and sea. 1st floor condo with 2 assigned parking spots in front of the condo. Amenities provided so you don’t have to haul so much stuff from home.
We have 6 people in our family. My husband and I took the master bed and the 4 kids had their own beds in the other 2 bedrooms. All amenities provided is a plus as well as the welcome kit: toilet paper, paper towels, detergents. Both bathrooms have the hotel size bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Bath towels and washcloths provided for each guest. Beds have complete bedding so you don’t need to bring sheets and pillowcases. Kitchen has all appliances you need as well as dishware and glasses. Cookware is true non-stick but still bring cooking spray to ensure easy cleanup. If it rains during your beach vacay, this condo has a plethora of board games to play with the family and cable tv to watch movies. Comfortable living room and dining area. There’s also an additional private entrance from the master bedroom. Great amenities for a beach rental.
Something my kids loved was being able to walk down the alley a few blocks to 24 hr. Denny’s. Also very close is Candy Kitchen. This really is an excellent location.
It’s an older property but makes up for it in amenities and location.

Nice small 3 bedroom sleeps 8 with sofa bed. Very quiet location, just steps to beach and half block to shopping and dining on the main strip
