The place has a cozy and pretty interior/exterior with beautiful landscaping. They provide thoughtful snacks, medicine, and toiletries, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Throughout the property, everything is well-cleaned. Guests have access to private and shared appliances along with utensils.
However, there are some drawbacks. Refunds are not allowed, and the room listing was misleading, leading to confusion about expected living conditions and privacy. The Property Manager's email response time is slow (1 week), and their replies are brief, not fully acknowledging the presented issues, and lacking information for questions or concerns. Additionally, the check-in process was challenging as they didn't answer the phone or return calls 30 minutes before arrival. The Ring doorbell system was ineffective for communication due to its quiet and frequent cutouts. Moreover, the room air conditioning was too dry, causing respiratory issues during extended stays. Lastly, with only one bathroom for three separate room rentals, it has been inconvenient several times over.
Overall, while the place has its positives, the drawbacks in communication, misleading information, and limited amenities should be considered before booking.
