You can either watch the local channels or log into your own accounts with many different apps such as: Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Spotify and more. The home has high speed wireless internet throughout the home.

First Bedroom (Master):
Features a private large bathroom with a marble shower for total relaxation, a California King bed with a high quality gel memory mattress because it's important to sleep well while you are on vacation. The master bedroom additionally has a walk in closet and a 50" high definition smart TV. You can either watch the local channels or log into your own accounts with many different apps such as: Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Spotify and more. The home has high speed wireless internet throughout the home.
Second Bedroom:
Features 2 comfortable queen beds with a high quality gel memory mattresses. The room has French doors to the outside area for easy access to the BBQ and Pool Areas.
Third Bedroom:
Features 1 comfortable queen beds with a high quality gel memory mattress. This is a private room located close to the bathroom and the windows open to the front of the house for people that prefer to get away from the noise of the pool area.
Fourth Bedroom:
Featured 2 twin beds with a high quality gel memory mattresses, this room is ideal for kids or your single friends.

Technicians can come off schedule due to weather, scheduling conflict, or emergency reasons. We schedule them early to ensure they can get everything done while you are not using the outdoor space. Please allow between 2-4 hrs before using the pool after the technician has left.

The place was amazing , clean all through the house and the outdoor area. The beds were clean and very comfortable. We stayed outdoors mainly and loved the pool and spa and sitting areas in the shade. The outdoor area was amazing but there were ants around the outdoor sitting area that were biting a few of us . I'd suggest a few more details on how to turn on the spa but we figured it out. A flipper and some better frying pans would be nice as wellOverall we ranked it a 10 out of 10

We came with family for the PNB tennis tournament. The house was great everyone got a comfy bed, the house layout worked well. The hot tub heats up quickly and there were clear instructions on how to heat it along with the saltwater pool my grandsons enjoyed. Kitchen was fairly well prepared and clean had everything we needed. Few suggestions: coffee filters that fit the coffee pot, Kleenex in bathrooms and a few less pillows on the couch. The living area furniture was fine but could use an update with a more comfortable couch and another chair. And sure the hot water heater is turned to hot and not o. Vacation mode. Overall loved the house and would definitely come back again ! Perfect location for tennis gardens and bike path. Thank you

Great property fort the family, well located and lovely backyard.

The house size was what we needed to accommodate 11 people. The backyard was a good size and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition. Here's why I'm only giving it 3 stars:
1. I requested an early check-in which I was able to get with an extra fee of $99. My early check-in time was at 11AM. I got there around 10:50AM. An access code wasn't given to me so I contacted the property manager to provide it. He didn't answer his phone for almost an hour so I was waiting outside the whole time.
2. The dishwasher doesn't work. It seems to be broken with the cycling piece not functioning properly.
3. The grill didn't work. I texted the manager about it and he said he would send someone the next day, which is inconvenient because we basically lost a whole night of grilling.
4. The jacuzzi doesn't stay warm for more than 15 minutes. The ipad to access the spa controls is very basic so there's not much you can do to find out how to keep it warm.
5. After two people showered before me, I went in and the water was freezing cold. It didn't get hot no matter how long we ran the water for.
If you just need somewhere to sleep with good space this is a good option. But if you want to put the house to use, I suggest staying somewhere else.
