Downtown Cottage House is walking distance to the lake and downtown CDA.

Great location, conveniently located and everything we needed.

Very nice property with all the amenities. Not much of a yard, but space set up nicely to grill & enjoy eating outdoors. 5 minute drive to downtown- about a 20 minute walk. I would stay there again. Tracy was very communicative & helpful through booking and our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet location. Easy to access. Lot's of on street parking with room for our boat/trailer.

We enjoyed our trip in CDA in part to the central, convenient location at this property! We were able to walk to breakfast and evening drinks. I was hopeful the home would be a little cozier than pictured, but it is indeed exactly as listed with little finishing touches or decor. It was fairly clean, but the floors could certainly have used a more thorough vacuuming. The beds and bedding were lovely and the couch comfy. I'd suggest more lighting in the living room for evening reading and to do things like remove the plastic covers on the bedside lamps to make the home feel more polished. Really appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Easy street parking right out front was great for constantly loading little kids into the car. Thanks for the stay!
