1471 square ft (137 sqm) 4 bed/3 bath lake front town-home built in 2007 with a back patio and large back yard, with a very short walk thru the back yard to the on-site Pool, Hot Tub and Water Slides!

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed (1st floor)
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (2nd floor)
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds (2nd floor)
Bedroom 4: 1 king bed with/ attached bath (2nd floor master bedroom)
Bathroom 1: 1st floor, full bath
Bathroom 2: 2nd floor, full bath
Bathroom 3: full bath, attached to master bedroom
Enjoy meals at home in the full modern kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and other small appliances. Relax in the evening in front of the flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Full size washer and dryer and wireless high speed WIFI internet included. Towels and linens are included for your convenience. A starter kit of house supplies is provided. Coffee, tea, snacks, and more is available at the onsite convenience store open 8am to 11pm.
Your stay includes all the free resort style amenities - NO EXTRA FEES required. The resort includes stunning pools, water slides, a hot tub, tennis court (bring your rackets!), a clubhouse with a fitness center, business center, on-site market, restaurant, concierge, and more less than a 1 minute walk from your front door. The restaurant will even deliver to the home!
The townhome is located in a safe, gated resort, and 24 hour security and security guards. On your arrival day you will receive a gate code to enter the resort and your own private entry code for the front door.
Located walking distance to Old Town Restaurants, Retail Shops and Bars and the Fun Spot Amusement and Roller Coaster Park. There are 100+ restaurants within a 5 minute drive. There is plenty of free parking available.

Enjoyed our family vacation at Regal Oaks. The unit was perfect for our family of 7. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. The proximity of the resort to Old Town is great. Just a short walk to shops, food, rides. Overall would recommend this property to others.
