Only down fall was the hot tub has issues. But we got it fixed. And the beds could be much more comfortable. Over all the house was comfortable

This property has the potential to be awesome. Beautiful views, great layout with living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms, much easier driveway access than many surrounding properties.
However, the contents of the property was really lacking. Kitchen is very poorly equipped with broken appliances (dishwasher doesn’t wash, stove burners don’t adjust heat, ice maker malfunctions, filthy oven), not enough silverware and very junky pots and pans.
The sheets, towels and bathrooms were very nice and clean. But pillows and mattresses were dirty, some even blood stained. Blankets were dirty and torn. Kitchen sink was smeared with food, garbage disposal was broken and dirty, kitchen garbage can had rotting food in the bottom. No garbage bags, very few dishwasher pods (not enough to run every day or our stay), not enough toilet paper. No cleaning product to spray kitchen counter or small spills.
Pullout couches were broken, living room blinds were broken.
Not enough information regarding club house, local area, trolly or even the bear hazard.
