About this house rental
Welcome to the center of year-round recreational activities here at Copper Skies. A rewarding escape, peacefully situated in the heart of the Black Hills. Whether you're ATVing, snowmobiling, hitting the slopes, or just looking to get away. This 7 bedroom 5 bath newly built home offers plenty of space. Unwind sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset through the pines, and finish your evening gathered around the firepit enjoying pleasant conversation or just the sheer quietness of nature. The main level features the kitchen which presents an open floor concept connecting the dining and living room offering everything you would need to host guests, family, and friends. Directly off of the living room is the master suite encompassing a king size canopy bed and a walk-in shower enclosed with glass doors and a pebble stone floor. . There is also an additional King bedroom on the main floor as well. As you make your way to the top level you will find three bedrooms, two of which are king bedrooms. The third is a bunkroom that sleeps 7 total (one twin, 2 queens, one pull-out couch). The walk out basement boasts of entertainment and relaxation with a second living room and another dining table and chairs for endless hours of fun and games. The two bedrooms and bathrooms in the basement ensure a restful night sleep in the comfort of King beds. Minutes away from Deadwood, Terry Peak Ski Resort, and Spearfish Canyon with waterfalls, caves, and direct access to endless trails there is so much to offer. Ample parking is provided in and in front of the two-car garage. Copper Skies is in Powder House Pass, where you will have access to the community Clubhouse including a year-round outdoor heated pool and patio.
Our cabins located in Powder House Pass are in a class all their own. Nestled in a planned community of more than 1,000 acres, these homes have the wild west right out their back doors. Each home is custom built and features their own unique flare. Couple that with the amenities the development has to offer and you've found your next vacation home! Powder House Pass has direct access to the Mickelson Trailhead as well as direct access to the snowmobile trails for immediate adventure. No need to haul trailers around just ride straight from your cabin! The clubhouse features games such as pool and shuffleboard, a firepit, and a year-round heated outdoor pool for guests to enjoy. Other activities include horseback riding, golfing, skiing, and much more within minutes. Unwind and relax in this remote community while staying within 10 minutes of town to experience the History and entertainment of historic Deadwood.

The property was amazing, the house was like brand new with everything you would ever need and then some. Location was great for seeing all the attractions in the area. I've stayed at quite a few places traveling and this by far is the best place I've stayed...not a single complaint. Property is obviously well managed and a lot of thought put into what people will need and enjoy while staying there. 5 stars doesn't do it justice.

Beautiful home. We had a large group and everyone had space. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!
