Welcome to Helm Overlook: your modern lakefront escape designed for slow mornings, long lake days, and easy, elevated living. Bright white interiors, clean lines, and big windows set the tone the moment you walk in. Sleeps 9.
The home spans three levels, giving everyone space to spread out while staying connected. You’ll find four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and two bonus lounge areas - each with a twin daybed + trundle perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who loves a cozy corner.
Outside is where Helm Overlook really shines.
Enjoy a private dock, sandy beach area, gazebo, party deck with lounge seating, BBQ grill, screened porch, and open decks made for coffee, cocktails, and everything in between.
Want to level up your stay? A hot tub is available as an optional add‑on.
You’re just across the lake from Margaritaville and Sunset Cove, close to all the fun but tucked away in a quiet, coveted cove that feels worlds away.

3. Quiet hours: Respect the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level throughout the day.

5. Smoking policy: Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including the hot tub area. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure they are completely extinguished.
6. Pets: While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. --- Fee is $250 per stay (up to two pets)
7. Damages and breakages: Please treat our home with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay.

This is one of my favorite places to rent we always have such a good time! The house is decorated so beautifully! The dock is gorgeous as well. I will stay again!
