Some real pluses for this property: lots of outdoor space, covered porches with room and tvs for everyone, plenty of parking, huge fire pit with firewood, almost complete outdoor kitchen, quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife.Some areas for improvement to rate 5 stars: actually have the 4th bathroom that is specified in the listing, a door on the master bedroom would have been nice, the indoor refrigerator only had one working door shelf limiting useable space (outdoor refrigerator was excellent), the pool table/air hockey table was broken and worn out, closet full of games were useless because of missing parts, outdoor kitchen Blackstone was left in terrible condition and took more than an hour of hard cleaning to make it useable. No hot water in outdoor kitchen made the sink and dishwasher un useable.

Outside kitchen/spaces at this cabin are top-notch. Can't overstate how much we enjoyed grilling, dining and sitting outside, building fires and taking in mountain vistas from all levels. Hardwired gas for grills and heaters was great.Inside is typical for a cabin of this type/size and functioned well for our 6 adults and 4 kids. Basement carpet helps with sound deadening if you have littles in the bunk room. Note that the primary bedroom on the top floor does not have a door and sound carries. Convenient location and easy to find.That said, there are opportunities to improve. Cabin was not very clean: cobwebs in corners and on dining room chandelier, dust in front of the fireplace in the basement, mildew on the kitchen faucet and you could see where holiday garlands disturbed the dust beneath them. The leg on one dining chairs is split from the support and unusable. Living room recliner sat at a visible angle when you walked in the house. Bunk room door was completely removed from its hinges. Both fireplace remotes were dead and welcome book had no directions for use without them. One heater would not stay on, no matter how hard we tried. Lots of plates, limited silverware and glasses - one wine glass had a huge crack in it (we threw it away). And last but important: water is undrinkable. It has a strong metallic taste and smell that lingers with you after showers and has visibly stained the hot tub, sinks and toilets. A filter or note to BYO water would be helpful.
