We were very happy with the overall location first and foremost. It was very convenient to all immediate downtown area attractions with good street access from multiple options. In addition to the downtown proximity the quick interstate access was also a plus. The unit was very solid as well. It was very apparent it was operated by an experienced ownership and management group. The patio space is very extensive and better than advertised. It was overall well maintained with plenty of satisfying amenities. It was a great use of space and we were very comfortable. Give this one a look.

We absolutely loved our stay at Illume! The location is everything! Walking distance (about a 10 minute walk, 4 minute drive) to The Gulch, Music Row and many of the popular Nashville Murals, about 6 minute drive to downtown and Broadway, and only 15-20 minutes from Opryland area. The property is well kept with a clean pool and gated parking. The Edgehill neighborhood has great shopping with Love Shack Fancy and Draper James and many others. The property had plenty of space for my husband and I and our 4 children. Highly recommend as a spot for a family to stay. We will definitely return! Be sure to get breakfast at Pancake Pantry and Milk and Honey, grab lunch at Emmy Squared Pizza and Bar Taco is a fun spot for dinner with a family. Again, the location is perfect and allows you to have absolutely everything you would want to experience in Nashville within a 15 minute radius!

This place was beautiful and pretty clean, however I had a few issues during our stay. First, someone was parked in our reserved spot. When I reached out for help from Vacasa, nobody moved the car and it remained there all weekend. In addition, the couch was not a “pull out bed” as listed. It was a futon. This property was listed as having room for 8, but there is no way all 8 of us could have fit there comfortably without an air mattress (that we luckily brought, by the way). In addition, when we called to ask for more toilet paper (we were provided 2 rolls for 8 people for 4 days) we were told someone would reach out within the hour. Nobody did. I never got a number for a property manager, but Vacasa said almost all my issues had to be addressed by them. I never even saw the property manager. The pool was also quite dirty, with bugs and band aids floating around. The place was really nice to look at, not great for practically staying at.
