Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place is as advertised. Close to slopes, spacious for a family, and everything you would need in a kitchen to supplement meals. Parking was a breeze and equipment storage was convenient. The place is a little dated but has many perks. Hot tubs are nice after a day on the slopes. We did not use the community BBQ pits but we did see people using them. Negatives: The community building gym is a joke, need to update the picture in the ad. The condo needs a little TLC. Dishwasher top rack tends to want to fall, towel holder in master bath wants to fall out wall, skylight in master makes sleeping in difficult (maybe some blackout shade), guest bedroom mattress is uncomfortable per my teens, and front door lock was a little tricky to figure out at first but far better as the week went on. Possible invest in a little bigger garbage can. All the negatives do not mean we did not enjoy our time. We would rent this place again if we were going to Keystone. These are just tings that need maintenance or might make the stay even better.

This condo is perfectly located across from the Peru Lift/ski school. Our 4 year old didn't have any issue walking to the slopes each day in ski boots-which was the goal! The condo is comfy, updated, and comes with a gas fireplace. We'd definitely stay again.
