A stay in Paradise! Beautifully appointed, newly built home on your own secluded Upper Captiva island. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath which sleeps 9. Private pool, tiki bar, 2 grills, 2 screen porches, crows nest, and just seconds to the beach with your own golf cart for island transport. The perfect tropical get-away-from-it-all at Beachy Keen house!
Our vacation home is privately owned by Shanai Hill and managed by Jennifer Parker. Our manager will pick you up and transport your luggage to and from the ferry.
***The elevator is only available to our guests who have a physical need for its use. Approval in advance is needed.

Great house, it worked excellent for our family! It was a short walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor entertainment area, was a huge hit. The provided golf cart worked great. We loved that you could see the gulf and watch the sun sets from the house. The property manager was always quick to respond for any questions or problems!!

We had a great time! The pool was wonderful and the living space was modern, clean and worked well for our family. Communication was excellent.

Year number six in a row at our favorite island and this was by far our favorite house. Perfect for family vacation.
