Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our daughters work hard between work and college. We never get to have dinner together. Each year we set this time aside to be together. This unit and the location was the absolute best place to do it. Every room is comfortable, spacious, open and welcoming. Layout is perfect. Wrap around balcony was amazing. Looking into getting this unit same time next summer. I commend the owner for the well upkeep. No complaints. Dislike units with old furniture and outdated kitchen and they want to charge top dollar. Everything here is perfect.

The location was good. Condo was beautiful inside and worked well with our family needs. Unit was in need of some cleaning!!! Floors were filthy showers and tubs needed scrubbing there was hair in shower soy dishes…not cool!!
Was never given a shower key for outside shower for rinsing feet/beach items!! Called Vacasa three times. They never responded!!!!

The condo is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and activities, and was very comfortable! Large bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfortable furniture, huge balcony with lounge chairs as well as a table and chairs. Washer and dryer worked well. Parking was provided for two cars but we had no issues finding parking for an additional two vehicles on the side streets on either side of the condo. Indoor pool was great for windy, cloudy days and the walk to the beach was very easy! The four star rating is due to the unit not being cleaned well prior to check in. There was sand and visible crumbs all over the floor. It seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed. There was also some trash around (candy wrappers, q tip, chapstick) and the freezer was rather dirty. We vacuumed and cleaned the freezer ourselves but would have preferred to not do that on our first day of vacation! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return to this unit!
