First of all the host was amazing, it's obvious she takes great pride in providing a beautiful home and a lovely experience. The property was equipped beautifully and thoughtfully with incredible attention to detail. It was absolutely immaculate and thoughtfully appointed with Little Creature Comforts throughout. When we ran into a small problem, the host responded within seconds. The kindness of the host contributed to the relaxing experience of my stay. We loved the host, and we loved the house.

Love staying at this cute little house. Everything was clean and well stocked, the living room and kitchen were very welcoming and functional and the hot tub was an added perk. We will be staying here again when we come back to Austin.

The property and host were top notch. Natalina was extremely accommodating and checked on our needs throughout our stay. She provided all essential needs inside and outside the home. The home was very clean and well maintained. Her suggestions for eating establishments and sight seeing were 5 star! One of the best hosts we have ever had!

We so looked forward to spending Christmas with our daughter, her husband, and their three-month-old. Natalina made us feel that much more welcome in Austin. The place was everything we hoped it would be – clean, roomy, and well-located – and she brought that extra touch with the holiday decorations. Finally, Natalina's offer to accommodate any of us caught up in the Southwest Airlines debacle was really going the extra mile. We really cannot thank her enough.

This home has been thoughtfully updated and set up for guests. All throughout are small touches that helped us feel at home - labels to know where things are stored, a book of instructions and recommendations, places to charge devices, extra linens, even spoons by the coffee maker! I didn't realize that there was only one full bathroom (I thought there were two) but that is my fault! I also was surprised to see that the neighborhood wasn't as well maintained as I expected based on the house itself, but we had no issues.

We just returned from staying at this home off of East Congress. The entire house has been renovated. It was so clean, and had EVERYTHING we needed. The location of this house puts you close to everything Austin has to offer. My family members who stayed in either hotels or other locations were so jealous of our house. Natalina is the best host EVER. If we had questions, she answered immediately. She was so gracious and kind. She went above and beyond. We will stay here again when in Austin. Don't look elsewhere. Stay here!

Wow! What an incredible property, so close to downtown and the attractions but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time at home. Natalina’s home is spotless, organized, well laid out and stocked with anything you may need. She even met our grocery delivery driver before we landed in Texas so we arrived to a stocked fridge for the long weekend! Check in was simple, communication was incredible. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

What a fantastic stay!! I cannot say enough good things about this property and host! Came to Austin for a girls trip and instantly fell in love when we walked in. The house is well decorated, spotless cleaning, and more than well equipped with household items and finishing touches. The beds were comfy and good quality. But what stood out even more is how great the host (Natalina) is!! She was beyond accommodating and clearly wants her guests to have a great stay. :) Great communication and amazed at how thoughtful she was. Would stay here again in the future no question!!

Natalina was an amazing host, every detail and even left kids toys and games out for our toddlers. Self checkin process was great and super convenient as guests arrived at different times. Loved the amount of beds and comfy cozy feel. Definitely got great sleep. Would love to rent again.
