This was a treat to have beautiful sunsets each night. The local community was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our meals at The Stone Ridge - where we took our catch of the day (Blue Marlin) and prepared a traditional, delicious meal for us. The home is on the upper level, over looking the ocean and catches a refreshing breeze - there is no air conditioning, so the afternoon sun blazing in can feel quite warm, but fans are provided and the sunset is worth it! There is building and repairs happening along the street and the locals were very friendly to offer advice on where to go and what to see. It felt really great to be a part of a community - Sara at the corner store was really helpful too! We enjoyed our time in Colihaut - a great location to commute to Syndicate Falls, Mero Beach, Portsmouth and Roseau. Thank you!
