The place is described perfectly and is walking distance to almost anywhere you want to go. There's a great craft brewery around the corner with amazing food and drinks. We had no problem getting street parking and spoke with the owner who was very nice and gave us some recommendations of places to eat.

Easy to get to, conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown. There are stairs to climb, which didn't bother us, but be mindful as it is on the 3rd floor. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out. We would definitely book this place again and again!

There isn’t parking available at the VRBO - we had to park 3 blocks away from the place. There was an old building smell that caused my asthma to kick up. The stairs leading up to the 3rd floor apartment were scary. On a positive note the place is close to the pier and Commerce Ave and bars and restaurants.
