Do you need month-to-month housing for an insurance claim, during construction or renovations, or are you "in-between" houses (sale/purchase)? Look no further than The Chateau Umlauf. (Stays less than 30 days are welcome if available; see shorter-term rates below).
Staying in a house for your temporary accommodation provides more space and security than a corporate apartment or extended stay hotel, and The Chateau Umlauf, with it's charm and convenience, will help you feel like you never left home. This warm and cozy, newly renovated, 1450 sqft space is beautifully well-appointed with luxe furnishings, down duvets and linens, and a large furnished covered patio and grill for after-hours entertainment. The house is walking distance to Historic Downtown Allen and Allenwood Park.
Chateau Umlauf is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and Highway 75, and less than 10 minutes from the Sam Rayburn and George Bush Tollways.
The house features a well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area, sitting room with bar, game/media room with a 75" television and game table, and 2 uncovered parking spaces. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, and is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay. You will have no contact with the host unless you make an on-site request.

As I told property owner Andy, I felt like I got $2 worth of value for every dollar I spent. Top of the line beds and bedding, appliances, perfectly decorated. It was a fantastic stay and we hope to stay here again.
