Lovely 1,000 sq foot spacious comfortable 2nd story newly constructed apartment with fireplace, close to the city, and Sienna. Dining room for 6, couch and full kitchen and a deck. Horse pasture, trailer/RV/boat parking is also available. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the 2nd bedroom and a couch when removing the pillows, using 2 single top sheets can be used as an additional single bed. You'll have a great time in this enjoyable place to stay!
Close to Surfside/Galveston beach, NRG, Texans, Astros, Sienna, medical center, fort bend toll, 288, Houston Rodeo, shopping, theater, restaurants and shopping, 5 minutes from Missouri City town center. Near Ridgeview Park (large splash pad), Kitty Hollow Park, Sienna parks and BounceBounce. Close to skydive space land in Rosharon and Pearland and Sugar Land town centers. Pond with fountain and walking/jog trail on Post Oak off of McKeever. Great location no matter where you want to go.

We stayed for several weeks. Our host, Kimberly, was so attentive and helpful. Plenty of space and incredibly dog friendly. Very comfortable!!!!

This is so convenient for visiting family living in Sienna. We appreciated the owners working with us on check-in time and dropping off luggage. Location close to the Fort Bend Tollway makes it easy to get all around town.

We needed a place to stay while our house was being renovated. This is a spacious apartment that has all the amenities a small group or family might need at an extremely affordable price. The location is great, whether you live and work in the Sienna area or in Houston. The property manager is quick to respond to any inquiries and very helpful.
