About this house rental
Come kick back and relax at your home away from home. This newly renovated main house, just 5 houses down from the beach, is perfect for an intimate wedding, extended family vacation, and R&R getaway. Walkable to local shops, train station, and most importantly: the beach & boardwalk!
Chic 4BR/2BA main house boasts an open floor concept, fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, over-sized refrigerator, beautiful counter-tops and cabinetry, eat in kitchen, and central AC. Enjoy ocean views from the front porch, essential outdoor shower, and luxurious soaks in the custom bathtub under a skylight after a long summer day.
2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed and bedroom 2: 1 queen) and a full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located on the first floor; 2 bedrooms (bedroom 3: 2 twins and bedroom 4: 1 queen) and a full bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and bathtub are located on the second floor.
Shared laundry located in the basement; 1 set dedicated to the main house & 1 set dedicated to the carriage house. 20x25 shared back patio is equipped with a brand new grill and ample space for lounging, entertaining, and outdoor dining.
On street parking.
The front house comes fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 7. All utilities (1 GB wifi), linens, 5 Belmar beach badges, beach chairs & umbrella are included with your stay during the on-season.
Cleaning fee totals $250/2 weeks.
If you have a larger party, please inquire about the carriage house which is a 2BR/1BA & sleeps 4. Perfect for the in-laws and other guests. $2,600/week + $180/2 week cleaning fee.

We stayed at this lovely home for a week with the whole family. There was plenty of room for everyone! The house is in an amazing location and that allowed the teens and kids to walk out to the boardwalk by themselves. It took the pressure off always having to have an adult present, which made the vacation actually relaxing. Bathrooms are brand new and clean. There’s also an outdoor shower if you have friends come visit for the day. Makes it easy to rinse off. House is close to everything either walking or a bike ride. Hosts was great!

My husband and two adult children spent a week here. The location of this house cannot be beat. Check in was easy and the property owner provided good information about the area. All rooms were nicely decorated and updated.

Our stay at this Belmar beach house was great! The house is very nice, totally redone. Can't get much closer to the beach! The homeowner was very responsive and helpful when we had any issues. The house had everything we needed and then some. Lots of great restaurants and food shopping very close by. If we were to come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Ali!

This was a perfect location to spend 2 weeks in the middle of a blazing hot summer. Air Conditioned with a wonderful front porch, with easy access to the beach. The beach is fantasic and so close by, we could come home for lunch and go right back. Everything we needed was there, beach chairs, umbrellas, you can request towels.
Ali was very helpful, answered questions right away and was very responsive to our needs.
Really a great vacation, did I mention it was air conditioned
