About this villa rental
This 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 10000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
The villa is stunning! Main features include:
- Internal gym!

- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)
- Television / Cable TV

- Gated, secured residence with on-site administration office

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets can be considered (depending on their type/number/size).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.

The property is located in a gated community with great security close to Sosua Beach and all the bars/casinos. The outside of the property is very nice-- 3 stories, nice landscaping, view of the ocean, nice pool and cabana. Enrico was also responding if anything was wrong. It's extremely spacious, and there are adequate appliances (multiple fridges, stoves, etc.) Great for big groups, particularly for younger people.
However, the inside felt a little neglected, like too many people had stayed there. Multiple things were broken on arrival (3 toilets, Wifi, AC) and it took hours to get them fixed. Also, there were stains on a lot of the sheets and bugs everywhere, plus one room smelled very bad upon arrival. So, it felt like it was not cleaned enough.
Not necessarily a bad place to stay at all; overall, we had a great time and it was very decent, but there are nicer places if you're looking for luxury. All of the problems were fixed by the end, but it was a little hectic upon arrival.
Would say it's a more than adequate spring break/bachelor party house if you have a big group and don't want to spend a ton.
