-Balconies are closed and cannot be used
-Views from the unit will be blocked
Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views
-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours
-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.
-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.
Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).

My stay was amazing! Beautiful views located near many things. Very walkable area. Hosts were very responsive and nice. Seamless check-in and check out. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

We choose the this unit based on location and amenities. Upon check in we were told the gym and spa were out of commission due to a fire. This was disappointing. We were given guest passes at another building that was about a 10 min walk. Our unit was clean but not immaculate. The first night our AC unit was broken and temps reached uncomfortable sleeping temperatures. This was fixed by around 2pm on our next day. All in all this unit was a good stay in a great location of Miami.
