There’s a homey feel from the moment you step through the front door into the first of two comfortable seating areas, each with beachy touches, plenty of seating and flatscreen TVs with streaming capabilities. The main living room and kitchen share an open living area, so the chef won’t feel left out while whipping up anything from a snack to a full meal in the well-appointed space. Outside, through your sliding glass doors, you’ll find a fully-enclosed sun room, a perfect space for reading a book or listening to music on the sound dock.Once you settle in, it's time to explore. Take a turn around charming Bokeelia on one of the two bikes available for your use, or hop on one of the home's paddleboards and take to the water. When you return, grab a tasty beverage and head out to your canal-front deck to watch the stars come out.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
