Come stay at Rosé Pearl! We are experienced Superhosts. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house comfortably sleeps 12. Short walk to private beach access with clean bathrooms and covered pavilion at the sand. Located on a cul-de-sac in a gated community with 2 heated pools and a sport court. Full kitchen & outdoor patio with grill, or eat out at nearby restaurants within walking distance. Spacious second floor deck provides great morning and evening relaxation. Newly renovated floors. Washer and dryer.

Expect fun in the sun at Rosé Pearl! This newly renovated beach home is located in a quiet culdesac in the gated Emerald Shores Neighborhood, nestled between the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Scenic Gulf Drive, and all the conveniences of the Emerald Coast Parkway/Highway 98.
Walk to the white sand beach in just 5-7 minutes. (Or tram service offered during summer months!). Private beach access with showers to rinse off, clean bathrooms, chair/umbrella rentals, and a concessions bar for all your snack and drink needs. Neighborhood also offers two pools (one is heated through the winter), and a sports court with tennis and basketball options. Rent bikes, golf carts and more just outside of neighborhood. Walk to Captain Dave’s for a sunset dinner, Kenny D’s for incredible key lime pie, and to the new Dollar General for all those last minute supplies. Publix, Destin Commons, Outlets, Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park, and more are located within a few miles.
Home includes wrap around porches at first and second level. Backyard patio with outdoor seating and grill. TVs in every room, including large 75’ smart TV in the large living area. Games and books provided. Stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Beach wagon, beach games, and boogie board provided. Room to comfortably park 3 vehicles.
Extensive remodel completed in 11/2021, updates include: new flooring, fresh paint, additional lighting, new decor, new appliances, and more.

We planned a last minute trip to the Destin area and the Rose Pearl was great for our family. The private community was right near all the local areas we wanted to visit and was walking distance to the beach. This was a great stay and a great value for the area where the rental is located. Thanks for making the check in and check out process so easy.
The private beach patio was having the roof replaced while we were there which was only a slight inconvenience to access the beach. I am sure the new roof on the deck beachside will be great for the future renters at Rose Pearl.
