This is a two-family house, and this listing is for the separate lower-level 2-bedroom/1-bathroom unit. Guests have their own entrance to the entirely separate lower-level living space, including a living room, dining room, and wood-burning stove. The upstairs unit is rented separately, or if interested, you can rent both units together. Each unit has its own separate entrance and living space.
The house sits on top of the mountain with spectacular views from the living room and dining room. The backyard with fire pit and front yard with trampoline are shared if the upstairs unit is occupied.
The house has a brand-new stove, washer/dryer, and the kitchen was updated last year. WiFi is included for your streaming and internet needs. The house also has Tesla Powerwalls, so in case the area loses electricity, the house will continue to have power and you can continue working.

First of all the place is super clean, at the same time the host is so thoughtful that we can find whatever we need in the house: when we came back from ski we use the boots/glove dryer in the hall way, at nights when we went out and explore the mountain we found flashlights and hiking poles by our hand. Full set of kitchen appliance and the all-in-one washer/ dryer is easy to use. Central ac already works fine but every room still gets a separate heater. Tv has host’s Netflix logged in. Galina has been supper responsive and helpful before checking In and during our stay. Definitely recommend this place, especially if you are staying for more than one day so you can get the full experience.
