About this house rental

Contact us for more details! Brand new construction in 2022 six bedroom home in Ocean Lakes. Private pool open for 2025 season thru December 1, 2025 (weather permitting). A quick three minute walk to the beach access. Private pool with option to heat it in the spring and fall for an additional fee heated pool, hot tub with outdoor television, propane grill, tiki bar, spacious living areas for the entire family. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home. Also included; enjoy the Ocean Lakes Pool and Tennis club; a short four minute walk.
Ground floor features a rec room with full bath and adjacent built in bunk beds (two twins over two fulls), full laundry room. Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, another king suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to back deck and a full bath in the hallway. Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter beverage center. Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and cozy ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions. This home is adjacent to four other homes that can be rented together for a total of 30 bedrooms for families vacationing together. Off street parking for approximately four vehicles is provided at the home.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).
Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
Family Groups Only – It is our policy to rent to family groups only. Tenant must be at least 25 years of age to enter in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which must be submitted with an ID.
This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.
Minimum age of 24 required.
Outdoor security cameras that record video will be in use during your stay. Front door, driveway/carport.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! We loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The quality of the home construction was superb and we loved the bedroom options and the fact that it was so well insulated for sound from floor to floor and room to room. There are separate HVAC systems for each level, which kept it super comfortable in the hot summer days. There are a lot of stairs in the house itself and to the beach (you have to take stairs over the dunes) but it really wasn't that bad, even for my retired parents with some health issues. The kitchen was missing a couple items and the property management had new replacements delivered within hours. They had great communication throughout the week and were very responsive. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

We loved the house and the neighborhood! Management was very communicative which definitely helped! We had a leak in the kitchen in the first day and it was fixed asap. I highly recommend!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The rooms were clean, Beds comfortable, and more bathrooms than you could imagine. The property manager immediately came out to replace a TV that was damaged due to a storm immediately. The pool was fantastic and with a TV beside the pool. You could easily connect to the speakers in and outside the home for music and entertainment. The kids loved it. This place literally had everything you need in a vacation rental.

Beach access was very unpleasant. We have stayed at the Outer Banks many times in the past and have never had to climb 2 flights of stairs up and then 2 flights down to get over the dunes and get on the beach. The freezer door would not stay shut I contacted the property mgmt company to let them know and even sent photos but no one ever came to fix it. The grill did not work and the water filter on the fridge was red so it was unusable. I think all amenities and appliances should be in working order before the paying guests arrive.
