Luxurious beachfront resort condo on stunning Clearwater Beach. Enjoy the large freshwater pool with beach view. Relax on your ocean view balcony. Cooking and entertaining is easy with the full kitchen and large living area. This 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo is in 5 minute walking distance to many restaurants, Pier 60, and shopping.

At time of booking, please provide the name, ID address, and email address of one adult who will be present at check in. IMPORTANT: The guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This person is who the resort will give the keys to. Within 24 hours of booking the reservation, you will receive an email from the resort confirming your reservation. Please have a copy of this confirmation available at check in.
Covered parking is available for one vehicle on a space available basis for a fee of $20 per night. Vehicle height must be less than 7'2". A credit card hold of $250 will be required at check-in. Resort guest charges will be applied against this hold.

The condo was spacious & clean. Nice patio off the living room & washer/dryer came in very handy with sand + small kids! Check-In was a little misleading on the hotel’s end & we ended up having to pay for parking instead of attending a sales meeting but that not the fault of the owner (Excellent communication and prompt messaging from owner). Photos of the unit show a similar condo but the one we had was still very nice. The beach is directly across the street with white sand that is very well maintained. Lifeguards on duty most of the time, water was crystal clear and calm. We only needed our car to visit family, otherwise the trolly system or walking is more than sufficient (even with the kids). I’d highly recommend and book with them again!

We love Clearwater Beach, and staying in Wyndham is icing on the cake! It is in the center of everything! Being able to park the car and walk to everything for a week is AMAZING! The property is just as described too! Steve was amazing at communication as well. You won't be disappointed! Just BOOK the trip!! :-)
