1st floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Ocean Village on Hutchinson Island is available for short term (min 2 weeks) and long term rentals! Spacious bedrooms and new bathrooms, recently renovated kitchen with new appliances, dining area and lanai equipped with comfortable chairs and tables. Located next to 1 of 5 heated pools (with BBQ's) and directly across the street from the beach. Enjoy golf (9 hole - rentals available), tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, games - fun for all! There is a tiki bar at the main pool as well as a restaurant and sports bar.

Loved the condo and Hutchinson Island. Great condo in the first floor overlooking the golf course. Fun to watch. Pool just steps away and so many fun things to do. The beach was perfect!! Already want to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Melissa and Bruce’s condo at Ocean Village. The condo itself was clean and well kept. It had every kitchen utensil one could need. Beach towels and chairs are supplied. Beds are comfortable. It sits on the 8th golf hole. We loved the Ocean Village community too. One of the swimming pools is mere steps from the condo and it’s usually warm water. The community is safe, friendly and quiet. The beach is just a couple of minute walk on the property. Pet friendly too. We want to come back and look forward to the main swimming pool to be repaired and useable again.
