This place was great! We loved being out of the fray (we went for the Tall Ship parade). 25 Uber ride, or 2.40 on the train and a 15-20 pleasant walk back to apartment. Owner was very nice and available, though we didn’t need too much. Enter from the front, not through the parking area. Parking was great, but I would NEVER drive in Boston.

This is a basement rental, which was not obvious from the pictures or the listing. Still a great place to stay and close to everything you want to do in Boston.

Curtis is definitely a 5 star host. He predicted our needs prior to our arrival. He contacted me prior to our arrival, making suggestions of near by restaurants and was prompt with respose through our stay. We also appreciated the late check out due to our late flight. The apartment is wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The coffee pods were greatly appreciated also!I agree with a prior review, a throw blanket for the couch would be an added bonus. I disagree with a prior review that the train station is close by. While it may be walking distance, it is not an area that i would want to walk in the dark. So keep in mind, if you do not rent a car, you will be using Uber & Lyft. If you do have a rental car, there's plenty of space for parking. Curtis is a wonderful host with a lovely home!
