Really enjoyed my time.

We could not use the pool, way too cold not heated. The sofa needs replacing, very uncomfortable. Otherwise the condo was comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed.

The host was very responsive when there was trouble with the faucet in the tub. The condo needs some deep cleaning as the baseboards and trim were very dusty. The dishes had several chips and cracks. Overall the condo needs some attention, stains and cracks in the ceiling, the veranda and laundry area is run down and smelled very musty. I understand it’s Florida and it can smell musty but this was more than I’ve experienced in the past. It could be a very cute place. Again, the owner was very responsive when there was an issue and that was gratefully appreciated.
