Clean, good communication. Needs some minor maintenance, but overall very comfortable. Nice laundry facilities. Great patio and private backyard.

Nice apartment, close to fairgrounds ad perfect for a family or group. This apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Quiet location, close to a lot of good places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.
