This stunning 3BR/2BA retreat affords a central location in La Quinta, home to exciting annual events like Coachella and the BNP Paribas Open. LIVING AREA
Newly furnished and decorated, this stylish home features a welcoming open floor plan with modern decor.
The main living area comfortably seats five with a plush couch and matching love seat. Cozy up with a good book next to the electric fireplace, or watch the latest films on the 48” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen comes with everything a chef needs, including a double oven, a large side-by-side fridge with an ice maker, and a double sink.
Guests can enjoy a bite at the kitchen bar for three, while a more formal setting in the main dining area offers seating for six.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
The spacious primary bedroom features a stately king bed, a flat-screen TV, one walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio. In the mornings, refresh in the luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate jetted tub for when you just want to relax.
Two more bedrooms offer queen-size beds and share a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Spend leisurely afternoons enjoying the sparkling pool and hot tub..
Soak up the sun on two lounge chairs or at the two-person bistro table. The walled property offers complete privacy.
Providing plenty of space, the patio offers a dining table for four, a love seat and fire pit. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy delightful alfresco meals.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the driveway are provided.
Your reservation total will include all necessary utility fees during the summer months. During the months of November- April there will be a daily rate to heat the pool.

This home and location was ideal for our active lifestyle. Whether you enjoy hiking, walking, cycling, golfing and of course relaxing this is a great place. The layout of the home with outside patio areas in the front and back yards provides a place for everyone.
The house and kitchen has everything plus plenty of space for our group of six adults.
The neighbourhood was very quiet and our hosts were excellent and promptly responded to the few questions we had.
We appreciated the Hosts' extra efforts to welcome their guests.

Comfortable home away from home with a lovely backyard patio which gets the earliest morning sun--very special place to have your morning cup of coffee. Afternoon sun around the pool area for a final spa dip at the end of the day.
